What is C3?

Clarabridge Customer Connections (C3), has been the leading customer experience event for 11 years in North America, this being our fifth C3 event in London. C3 Europe 2019 will feature cutting-edge keynote speakers and sessions with customers, partners and analysts. Take advantage of our Pre-Conference Workshops for hands-on training with Clarabridge experts, and some of the top minds in customer experience.

Where will C3 Europe 2019 take place?

C3 Europe 2019 will take place at The Brewery, the site of the former Whitbread brewery in East London.

Are Pre-Conference Workshops included in the price of registration?

Yes, Pre-Conference Workshops are available on a first come, first served basis. Pre-Conference Workshops are optional and only available only to main conference registrants.

Are group discounts available?


  • Register 2 people, get 1 free registration.
  • Register 4 people, get 2 free registrations.
  • Register 6 people, get 3 free registrations.

What is the payment policy?

The easiest way to pay for your C3 registration is with a credit card through the online registration process.

What is the cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel before 9th September. Cancellations received after 9th September will not be eligible for a refund.

To cancel a registration, email Events@clarabridge.com to let us know you are unable to attend.

Cancelling a registration does not automatically cancel hotel and/or travel arrangements, you are responsible for cancelling any accommodations.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Registrations can be transferred to another individual at no charge until 9th September.

To transfer a registration, email Events@clarabridge.com with the new registrant’s information (full name, email address, title, company) as well as the full name of whom they will be replacing.

Is there a preferred airline for travel?

No, we have not made specific arrangements with any airline.

How long does it take to get to The Brewery from the airport?

Heathrow Airport is 45 minutes by car. Gatwick Airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.

What weather should I expect for C3?

The weather in October is variable. Pack warm clothes just in case.

Are there special hotel rates for C3?

We do not have a room block for C3, however we have provided a list of hotels here that we recommend located near The Brewery. To make a reservation, please visit the hotel website or dial them directly.

When should I book my travel home?

C3 will conclude around 4 PM on Wednesday, 16 October. Attendees are encouraged to stay until the end since all sessions are extremely valuable and the CX Awards will be announced at the conclusion of C3.

Food & Beverage Information

Is food included with my pass?

Full Conference passes include breakfast, snacks during breaks, lunch and dinner.

Pre-Conference Workshops include lunch and snacks during breaks.

Agenda & Sessions Information

What kind of sessions can I expect this year?

The C3 agenda will have 2 tracks again this year so bring your team and don’t miss out on these valuable sessions.

The agenda is constructed by Clarabridge customers, industry analysts and thought leaders.

You can expect to:

  • How to leverage CEM and digital customer service initiatives that result in happier customers.
  • Explore the latest products and strategies designed to take your company to the next level.

What is the C3 Zone?

The C3 Zone is located amongst the meeting space and is a place to network and unwind with your fellow attendees. Relax, network with peers, take a coffee break, or enjoy a nice snack!

Clarabridge experts will have kiosks set up for you to stop and learn best practices and exchange ideas.

Are the evening receptions included in my registration?

Yes, full conference passes include invitations to all evening events and receptions.

Can I bring friends and family to C3 social events?

C3 social events are exclusively for full conference registrants only. An official conference badge is required to attend all C3 events unless otherwise noted.

Miscellaneous Information

Will there be WiFi available at C3?

Yes! We are happy to announce that we will have WiFi available to all attendees. Login information will be available when you arrive at C3.

What is the suggested attire at C3?

Clarabridge encourages a casual atmosphere, and we’re not the type to impose a dress code. So wear whatever makes you comfortable, but you can’t go wrong with business casual. You may want to bring an extra layer to cover up, as session rooms can sometimes get a bit chilly.

Do you offer any off-site transportation?

All planned conference events will take place at The Brewery. Any transportation off-site will be at your personal expense and coordination.
